They're all using tsc, I just double-checked. I've observed this
behaviour on both Linux and OpenBSD guests, and both on my laptop
(running -current as of 8 September) and on openbsd.amsterdam.

I was under the impression that timekeeping issues were still a known
problem. If that's not the case I can send a report to bugs@ if that
would be helpful.
