Yep, I already noticed.  If you shrink the window and go back, the
selected entry is outside of the visible area.  At the moment this
is actually consistent behavior, because if you simply open a tree
view, move to the bottom, and shrink the window, then the selected
entry will also be invisible.

I have a strong non-opinion. ;-)

For the cases where the scroll position is reset or the default
provided by tree_view_walk_path(), there is the question what the
scroll position should actually be.  *shrug*
