Sometimes, tog blame remains indefinitely in the state "annotating..."
with plenty of "........" lines, despite having finished its work.
You then have to press a key to wake it up and update the display.

I have not found a way to reproduce this, but it keeps happening
occasionally.  It's very annoying if you're sitting there waiting
for tog to finish.  I assume the problem is some sort of race in
the thread handling.
