Portable: support for {Dragonfly,Net}BSD and MacOS

Hello all,

For those of you tracking -portable, I've now updated the `linux` branch which
brings support for DragonflyBSD, NetBSD, and MacOS.

I've had some feedback based on a few conversations on Mastodon, but I would
appreciate it if anyone is using the above OSes to compile GoT on the `linux`
branch and let me know of any issues. See the `README.portable` file in the
repo for more information about dependencies.

In terms of CI, I'm using CirrusCI which allows FreeBSD, MacOS and Linux. My
endeavours with NetBSD and DragonflyBSD have been in a VM, so if anyone knows
of any systems where I could setup and use those systems for CI, do please let
me know.

I'm also keen to ensure any downstream packagers are made aware of this, so if
there's any questions around this, also let me know.

Cheers,
Thomas
