had some issue with these two files.  deadpixi' sam (from the `sam'
package) deletes most of the file when saving it back to the disk, sam
from plan9ports just deletes the "å" from the name.

anyone disagrees in converting it to utf8?  don't know how the diff
would render (some clients may see the latin1 first and assume the
wrong encoding.)  done with on Emacs with:

	M-x set-buffer-file-coding-system RET utf-8-unix RET

got/got.1 is already encoded in utf8.
