some repositories have migrated to SHA256

I have migrated the got.git, got-portable.git, diff.git, and ewah.git
repositories to SHA256 object IDs.

Please clone these repositories again and check out new work trees.

And if you maintain a repository mirror server, please upgrade it to
gotd 0.130 and re-create these repositories with got init -A sha256,
and don't forget "-b portable" for the got-portable.git repository.

The conversions were performed with "git fast-export --all" followed
by "git fast-import". No historical content was modified.
I want to allow anyone to easily verify that the conversion I have done
was indeed a 1:1 conversion. Which means object IDs mentioned in meta-data
such as log messages which were originally committed in SHA1 will remain
in SHA1.

Some bad file permission modes in tree object meta-data created by early
version of "got commit" have been fixed by Git during the conversion process.
This means "git fsck" will no longer complain about these tree objects,
which is beneficial.

I have added lists of SHA1 with corresponding SHA2 hashes for commits and
tags in files called "sha1-sha2.txt" on each repository's default branch.
These files should remain unmodified, as they contain the historical record
which will not change. But we can update references to SHA1 hashes in other
files in future commits.

I have converted the repository mirrors at chirpysoft and codeberg.
We lost the mirror at framagit for now, because I could not find a way
to create SHA256 repositories there.
I am not sure about git.repo.cz. This is a pull mirror from codeberg
that provides very little control. I will have to wait to see if their
sync is now failing. They usually send me email when it keeps failing.

Not converted were:

got-www.git: The web hosting runs an older version of Git which is involved
in updating the live web site. I won't touch this until the hoster can
provide a more recent version of Git. I don't think this is urgent.

gotweb_authenticator: Remains on SHA1 at the request of jtt@ because we
aren't sure whether Fdroid is able to handle SHA256 repositories.

test.git: This is used to debug issues with commit access, so I won't bother.
