Not at the moment, unfortunately.

Shortly after this mailing list was founded I asked marc.info to
include it in their archive. But I have never heard back from them.

Very recently, gmane.io subscribed to this list, so there may be an
archive reachable on NNTP, with a little bit of recent history.
I haven't looked. It would be better to have an archive which can be
viewed in a web browser, and which we can backfill with prior history.

If you know of a place to host an archive, I can provide mbox files of
the entire list history. I would first need to filter out mail related
to list moderation from my copies, and then we could publish them.
