Indeed.  It can stay there for now.  I really want to ensure we segregate any
platform/compat code away from what's in the "core" of got itself.

If landlock were something which operated across other operating systems
beyond just Linux, we would introduce:

   osdep-OS-landlock.c

Where "OS" is substituted for @PLATFORM@ which we already detect in
configure.ac

But so far, that's not been necessary.
