Updated version, where we can send got-read-pack a list of boundary commits.
Enumeration in the got-read-pack process will stop as soon as those commits
have been reached.

To recap, the enumeration process consists of two stages:

During the first stage we enumerate the objects in our exclude set ("theirs").
We try to enumerate these objects in got-read-pack until the end of history.
Failing that, we use the traditional per-object request method for crawling
history. The goal of this step is to load the IDs of all unique trees/blobs
must not become part of the generated pack file.

Once this exclude-set is known, we enumerate again to build the include-set
("ours"). The commits we want in this set were determined by findtwixt() but
we still need to learn which tree/blob objects are unique to these commits.
Again, we try to enumerate from an existing pack file. This time we pass the
set of "their" commits to got-read-pack such that got-read-pack can stop
walking history when it reaches excluded commits. This fixes my concern
above, where got-read-pack walked the entire history during this stage.

More performance work remains to be done, but this is an important step.
got-read-pack now spends more time crunching away on the CPU and less time
waiting for imsg communication. Which means that further performance work
in got-read-pack and relate code could make a noticable difference.

Without patch below:
$ time gotadmin pack -a
216541 commits colored; 2048137 objects found; 994231 trees scanned
    4m18.35s real     3m45.87s user     0m43.37s system

With patch below:
$ time gotadmin pack -a
216541 commits colored; 2048137 objects found; 994231 trees scanned
    3m46.31s real     4m05.44s user     0m28.13s system

ok?
